On 1 August 2026 we celebrated our club’s 35th anniversary with the Donau Cup. Eight teams, a whole day of ice hockey at the Stadtwerk.Donau-Arena and a tournament that stayed exciting right to the end.

Many games were closely contested. From the first face-off in the morning to the award ceremony in the afternoon, there were great saves, fast counter-attacks and plenty of passion on the ice. This is exactly how we wanted our anniversary tournament to be.

The tournament was won by the Griffins München, who deservedly beat the Bayern Rangers in the final. Our own Basti Stecher was named player of the tournament.
